Together with well-known Swedish outdoor chefs Nathalie Spjälle and Eric Tornblad, Trangia is launching an outdoor cookbook with recipes that will inspire the reader to think differently about outdoor food. Something that Trangia hopes will suit the new generation of outdoor chefs and outdoor enthusiasts.
The book is divided into 3 parts; Brunch, dinner and snacks, and has meals to suit everyone, from carnivores to gluten intolerant and vegan.
The book has the Nordic eco-label Swan, is climate neutral and printed on FSC Standard MIX paper for the least negative environmental impact possible. A percentage of the proceeds from the sale goes to the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation
